BIM Manager – MEP

Role Purpose :

The MEP BIM Manager leads MEP BIM delivery across assigned projects, ensuring models are technically correct, coordinated, compliant with project requirements and delivered within agreed timelines. The role connects leadership, project teams, BIM engineers/modelers and clients/consultants through disciplined execution, coordination, quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
Review project scope, BIM requirements, BEP, LOD and deliverables.
Set Revit standards, templates, naming, coordinates and model structure.
Plan manpower and allocate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection work as applicable.
Set TATs, milestones and production targets.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.
Run model QA/QC and stage-gate reviews.
Track client comments, technical queries and issue closure.
Mentor BIM engineers, coordinators and modelers.
Report progress, risks, manpower, quality and delivery forecast to leadership.

MEP Coordination & QA/QC :
Review architectural/structural interfaces and service routing.




Prioritize clashes and assign transparent owners.
Check model health, geometry, parameters, systems/connectivity, views, sheets, links and coordinates.
Maintain QA/QC checklists and rework tracking.
Identify recurring errors and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Required Skills:
Solid MEP BIM management experience
Advanced Revit capability
Robust multidisciplinary coordination
Navisworks and/or ACC/BIM collaboration experience
LOD/BIM standards and QA/QC knowledge
Planning, tracking and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication
Leadership and accountability
