Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the production process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet production standards.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.




Supervise and train production staff to optimize performance and achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in production management with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
Robust problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, with a commitment to a secure working environment.
