6. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with field , collate tehsilwise industry & suggest network plan.
• Coordinate with LOI holders & vendors for timely completion of Primary network plan.
• Release periodic reports of "Network plan vs actual " to Regions- location wise & coverage wise. • Identify 'Best Fit' of Network element for a location thru' indicative profitability tool.
• Identify Focus states in the country & draw up focus dealers for HO review .
• Create , implement & maintain the record of reviews.
• Collate & Disseminate the periodic management reports- Ability Scorecards & Own Fund Deployment % - with exception summary.
• Maintain agile repository of Primary & secondary network.
