Role: Junior Accounts Executive





Location: Gems & Jewellery Park, Ichhapore, Surat
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Industry : Gold Chain Manufacturing





Job Overview:


A reputed and fast-growing gold chain manufacturing company in Surat is seeking a Junior Accounts Executive to assist with daily accounting activities, ERP/Tally entries, GST & TDS documentation, and bank reconciliations. The role offers practical exposure to manufacturing accounts and learning under a senior finance team in a structured on-site setup.



Key Responsibilities:


- Assist with daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP



- Support GST and TDS workings, documentation, and basic compliance



- Record sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries accurately



- Assist in bank reconciliations and payment processing activities



- Maintain vouchers, bills, and proper accounting records



- Support month-end closing and basic reporting activities



- Coordinate with internal teams for required financial documents






Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field



- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience



- Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, and TDS



- Working knowledge of MS Excel



- Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills







- Detail-oriented and willing to learn in a manufacturing setting
