Have Skills :

- At least 1-3 years of experience with technical procurement,
software procurement, creation of purchase orders, purchase
requisitions, capital requisitions, processing invoices, reporting

- Experience in vendor relationship management

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools

- Understanding of Personal Computers, components, and concepts

- Solid organizational skills

- Basic understanding of financial rules

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in

Roles
and Responsibilities :

The IT Asset Analyst will be responsible for planning,



tracking,
reconciling, reporting, and administering the procurement of all
technology components that span all hardware and software assets.
This individual will be expected to work closely with Finance and all
internal departments to plan, receive, investigate, and process
incoming vendor invoices specific to services received on behalf of
the ongoing business. The individual must be able to work
independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
