Role & responsibilities
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
Handle important customers and high-value sales personally when required.
Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized buying experience.
Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling and sales techniques.
Track sales targets and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in jewellery, diamonds, luxury retail or premium retail.
BBA / MBA / Engineering / Any Graduate.
