Job Summary

We are looking for Business Development Executives with 1+ year of experience in Upwork bidding, email outreach, and cold calling for IT services. The ideal candidates should have prior experience working with US-based clients and a solid understanding of IT services and software development projects.

Location: Noida

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Prepare customized proposals and cover letters based on client requirements.
Conduct cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients in the US and international markets.
Assist in scheduling client meetings and discovery calls.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track client interactions.
Follow up with prospective clients and nurture business opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical teams to understand project requirements and prepare winning proposals.




Maintain daily reports of bidding activities, outreach efforts, and lead generation metrics.
Support business development initiatives across AI/ML, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, and custom software development projects.
Required Experience
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development for IT Services.
Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding is mandatory.
Prior experience working with US-based clients and the US market.
Experience in email outreach and cold calling for international clients.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition activities.
Valuable understanding of software development services and project-based business models.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and clients.
