Job Description – Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to support our business development initiatives by identifying prospective clients, researching decision-makers, and executing structured outbound outreach through email and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will possess solid research capabilities, excellent written communication skills, and a disciplined approach to data management. This role offers exposure to international B2C sales processes and provides a clear growth path within sales and account management functions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential business prospects using:
LinkedIn and qualified networking platforms
Collect, verify, and maintain accurate contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems with high accuracy.
LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messaging
Track outreach activity, responses, and lead status on a daily basis.




Schedule qualified meetings for the sales or leadership team.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance and activity reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Robust online research and data analysis skills.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and outbound outreach methodologies.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability and willingness to work in US or international time zones.
