We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Operator & Administration skilled to manage our day-to-day ERP, administrative, and export operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and have strong practical knowledge of Odoo along with office administration and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day transactions and operations in Odoo ERP, including Accounting, Inventory, CRM, E-commerce, Sales & Purchase, and Invoicing.
Maintain accurate customer, supplier, product, inventory, accounting, and transaction records.
Handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, payments, stock movements, and related documentation.
Manage export documentation and shipment coordination, including communication with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and other logistics partners.
Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and other company documentation.
Handle day-to-day office administration, filing, record keeping, and general coordination.




Communicate with customers and suppliers through email and phone and coordinate with internal departments.
Generate Odoo reports and provide required information to management.
Ensure all business transactions and documentation are properly updated and maintained.
Identify data/process errors and assist in improving Odoo workflows and overall office processes.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of practical experience working with Odoo ERP preferred.
Strong working knowledge of:
Odoo Accounting
Odoo Inventory
Odoo CRM
Odoo E-commerce
Sales & Purchase
Invoicing
Other relevant Odoo applications
Good understanding of basic accounting, inventory, and business processes.
Previous experience in export/import operations will be strongly preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
