About the Role
MYWHY Consultants is looking for a HR Intern to join our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, candidate coordination, sourcing, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate profiles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients.
Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment MIS.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, documentation, and joining.
Support recruiters in managing daily hiring targets and closures.
Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as required.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
