Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives, website modernization programs, lead generation efforts, SEO strategy, brand positioning, and marketing analytics.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the growth and performance of our multiple brands and websites, as well as leading a marketing team.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience driving measurable growth through SEO, content marketing, website optimization, digital campaigns, marketing automation, and analytics.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The selected candidate must be comfortable creating strategy, reviewing execution, analyzing performance, and directly contributing to website, SEO, content, and campaign initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop annual marketing strategy and roadmap.
Develop quarterly growth plans.
Establish marketing KPIs and dashboards.
Align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives.





Website Ownership & Modernization

Lead and oversee:
Website redesign projects
UX/UI improvements
Conversion optimization
Landing page development
Website performance improvements
Mobile optimization
Technical SEO initiatives
Ensure continuous enhancement of the companys websites, digital presence, user experience, and conversion paths across multiple brands.

SEO Strategy & Growth

Develop and manage:
Keyword strategy
Content strategy
Technical SEO roadmap
Backlink strategy
Competitor analysis
Improve rankings
Increase organic traffic
Increase website authority
Improve search visibility

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

Develop initiatives to:
Increase website inquiries
Improve conversion rates
Generate qualified leads
Improve landing page performance
Support business development efforts

Content Marketing
