Job Location: The role is onsite based in either Adelaide or Melbourne. This position offers a 9 day fortnight versatile working option.

Role Description:

Reporting to the Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to the cyber risk management framework and cyber risk management outcomes for both the Sovereign JORN Capability and the Canadian Arctic Over-the-Horizon Radar (A-OTHR) Capability.

Core Duties:




Develop and maintain the cyber risk management framework and associated processes
Monitor and report alignment between cyber security strategy and organisational objectives
Identify, assess and manage cyber risks though the cyber risk register and risk assessment methodology
Provide cyber risk and risk treatment advice to internal and external stakeholders
Provide advice on security policies, standards, and best practices to ensure adherence across the organisation
Support the preparation of accreditation documentation and compliance reports for regulatory requirements and industry standards

Essential Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Governance Risk and Compliance-related fields
Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., Australian Government PSPF, DSPF and ISM; NIST; ISO 27k series) and their application in enterprise settings
Working experience in a cyber security role, with a solid unde
