Assist in prototype build activities for mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic automotive components.
Prepare, assemble, and modify parts based on engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions.
Support bench testing, functional checks, and preliminary validation of prototype units.
Document build issues, deviations, and observations for engineering review.
Coordinate with design engineers to implement design changes or rework during prototype iterations.
Maintain prototype lab equipment, tools, and inventory.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and build timelines.
Assist in preparing test samples, fixtures, and instrumentation setups.
Support rootcause analysis during prototype failures or anomalies.
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering. 1 year of experience in prototype development (freshers with robust practical skills are welcome).
