YOUR ROLE
As our Periodontist & Clinical Treatment Coordinator, you will have two key responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence
Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions
Perform periodontal procedures within your area of expertise
Manage gum and periodontal maintenance cases
Support implant patients from a periodontal perspective
Coordinate multidisciplinary cases with other doctors
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient care
Ensure proper follow-up and maintenance protocols
Clinical Caretaking & Coordination
Act as the clinical point of contact for the team when Dr. Gul is unavailable
Coordinate daily clinical workflow with associate dentists and dental assistants
Participate in daily clinical huddles
Ensure treatment plans are properly understood and executed
Coordinate clinical requirements between doctors, assistants, reception and laboratory
Monitor pending clinical work and follow-ups
Ensure patient photographs, records and reports are completed
