Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day SAP-related activities and user queries.
Understand business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
Assist in identifying and resolving basic SAP application issues.
Coordinate with functional teams and users for issue resolution.
Support SAP master data maintenance and related activities.
Assist with testing of SAP changes, enhancements, and recent functionalities.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAP processes and support activities.
Participate in SAP-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Understand and follow standard IT and SAP support processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues.

Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech graduate from a recognized institute.
