Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
Ensure statutory compliance PF, ESI, TDS, Skilled Tax, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and timely returns/filings.
Handle payroll inputs, reconciliations, full & final settlements, and coordination with Finance for salary disbursal.
Manage payroll on HRMS/payroll software; ensure data integrity across attendance, leave, and payroll systems.
Respond to employee payroll queries, Form 16, investment declarations, and tax-related documentation.
Prepare and analyze payroll MIS, cost reports, and audit documentation (internal/statutory audits).
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office and facility administration across location(s).
Manage vendor relationships – housekeeping, security, cafeteria, travel, courier, AMC contracts, etc.
Handle asset management, procurement, and upkeep of office infrastructure.




Support employee engagement activities and administrative logistics for company events.
Ensure adherence to statutory/compliance requirements related to office administration and licenses.
Talent Acquisition Support
Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles – sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and pre-onboarding formalities.
Assist in building and maintaining recruitment trackers and TAT reports.
Support smooth onboarding and induction of current hires.

Key Skills & Competencies
Advanced MS Excel – VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, macros, and payroll data analysis.
Hands-on experience with payroll/HRMS software (e.g., SAP, Darwinbox, Keka, ADP, GreytHR, or similar).
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; robust stakeholder management.
