Role Description

The Agile Coach is a full time,
on-site role based in Abroad
. This role is responsible for guiding teams and stakeholders in applying Agile principles and practices to improve delivery of immigration and visa consulting services. Daily activities include coaching cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The Agile Coach will collaborate with leadership to refine processes, introduce design thinking approaches to problem solving, and ensure that Agile ways of working are aligned with business goals. The role also involves mentoring team members, providing training sessions, and advising on best practices for client-focused consulting.

Qualifications
Robust Agile Leadership and Agile Coaching skills to guide teams and stakeholders in Agile frameworks.




Practical experience in Coaching and Consulting to support individuals and teams in improving performance and client service.
Knowledge of Design Thinking to structure problem-solving and enhance client-centric solutions.
Experience applying Agile in service or consulting environments, preferably in immigration, legal, or skilled services.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, management, or related field; Agile or coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, CTC, SPC, CSM) are an advantage.
Proven track record of enabling organizational change and continuous improvement.
