Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable Azure-based infrastructure.
Drive reliability engineering practices to improve system stability, uptime, and performance.
Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, and operational tasks.
Manage incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.
Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Improve platform resilience through proactive capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance application reliability and deployment processes.
Develop and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
Implement security best practices and operational governance controls.
Support production releases and troubleshoot critical application and infrastructure issues.




Participate in on-call support rotations and major incident management activities.
Promote a culture of automation, reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Operations.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Solid understanding of SRE principles, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.
Experience with Azure services including:
Azure Virtual Machines
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure App Services
Azure Storage Accounts
Azure Load Balancer
Azure Application Gateway
Azure Monitor
Log Analytics
Azure Key Vault
Azure Networking Services
