Position: Parent Relationship Executive
Location: IREO Skyon, Sector 60, Gurgaon
Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Freshers: Can apply with good communication and computer skills
Fresher Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Job Timings
Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday: Weekly Off
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
Handle parent queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with teachers and the school management to resolve parent concerns.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding school activities and updates.
Maintain accurate records and update parent information in the system.
Assist with follow-ups, appointments, meetings, and other parent-related activities.




Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for parents and students.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in parent relationship management, customer service, front desk, counseling, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer knowledge.
Working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle parent queries patiently and professionally.
Freshers with excellent communication, computer, and Excel skills can also apply.
