Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success & Operations Executive to support customer success, sales operations, and post-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
The role involves managing customer onboarding, invoicing, payment follow-ups, subscription renewals, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and share invoices with customers.
Follow up with customers for payment confirmations and outstanding dues.
Own and manage customer subscription and service renewals, ensuring timely renewal of contracts.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Delivery,



and Customer Success teams for smooth customer operations.
Maintain accurate customer records in ERP/CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
Track customer renewals, invoices, payments, and prepare operational reports.
Handle customer operational queries and ensure timely resolution.
Assist in customer onboarding, documentation, and process coordination.
Support the sales team with post-sales operational activities.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive customer experience and improve retention.

Requirements
B.Com, BBA, or MBA graduate.
1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Renewals, Finance Support, Billing, or a similar role within the IT industry.
Experience in managing customer renewals and coordinating post-sales activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
