Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Serve as the primary HR advisor to leaders across assigned technology organizations.
Develop strong partnerships with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, and organizational goals.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent movement, and team effectiveness initiatives.
Talent & Performance Management
Drive annual and mid-year performance processes.
Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain critical talent.
Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
