Accountabilities
Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of paid social accounts, including campaign setup, pacing,



quality assurance, optimization, reporting, and insights.
Develop and execute paid social strategies while collaborating with Strategy and Media Planning teams on media plans, roadmaps, and broader activation initiatives.
Build strong client relationships by providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations, testing opportunities, and innovative solutions.
Monitor campaign performance and use data, market insights, and platform trends to guide decisions and improve business outcomes.
Lead weekly team status meetings, coordinate workloads, delegate tasks, and manage deadlines across team members.
Identify opportunities to retain and grow client revenue while contributing to team and business objectives.
Maintain rigorous account quality standards and identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate campaign management processes.
