To Perform Value Stream mapping to find out the NVA’s and work to reduce the same.
Facility, tools, fixtures planning, budget workout, procurement & implementation for new Variant projects , New Variants introduction as per APQP. Design and establishment of process for new products / models implementation .
Workout capital budget requirement, FTG procurement, Installation & commissioning for Product & process change management.
Ensure for DCP review as and when required & Process audit rediness for respective shop.
Identify & implement Process improvement & WC reduction in existing process to improve overall productivity.
Preparation of current layout or modification in existing for improving overall productivity of the Paint shop
Design & implement the facility & equipment as per the PPAP guideline.
Responsible for making all Contracts (house keeping, system Cleaning,Fabrication) budgeting and monitoring.
