We are looking for an experienced and organized Construction Admin Manager to manage the administrative and operational support functions of construction projects. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and management to ensure smooth project administration, documentation, procurement coordination, billing support, and timely execution.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction project administration and office operations
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Consultants
Maintain project documents, contracts, drawings, approvals, and correspondence
Track work orders, purchase orders, invoices, bills, and payment documentation
Coordinate with Accounts for contractor bills, client billing, and payment follow-ups
Maintain records of project expenses, materials, manpower, and administrative costs
Coordinate procurement and material requirements with project teams
Monitor contractor and vendor documentation and follow-ups
Prepare project MIS, progress reports, trackers, and management reports




Schedule meetings and maintain minutes of meetings and action points
Follow up on approvals, statutory documents, permits, and project-related requirements
Ensure proper filing and documentation of project records
Support management in monitoring project timelines and administrative KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and construction documentation procedures
