Where You'll Make a Difference
As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting perfumers and ensuring smooth day-to-day laboratory operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately weighing fragrance formulas and completing compounding activities within agreed timelines.
Prioritizing compounding requests and coordinating with requestors on expected completion dates.
Ordering raw materials, packaging supplies,



and urgent laboratory requirements through SAP.
Maintaining raw material collections, ensuring proper labeling, stock availability, and timely replacement of expiring materials.
Recording flashpoint information and supporting SAP-related laboratory activities.
Creating application tasks in SAP and preparing finished fragrance applications according to perfumer instructions.
Supporting perfumers with raw material retrieval, fragrance preparation, and dilution creation for evaluations and training.
Performing raw material approvals by assessing color, physical state, and odor consistency against existing standards.
Preparing smelling strips and dilution samples for fragrance evaluation and approval.
Maintaining accurate records, formula data, trial oil collections, and weekly compounding reports.
Ensuring laboratory cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and adherence to EHS and safety guidelines.
