Your Impact
As a Software Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the user-facing components of the Partner Hub. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to translate design requirements into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces, gaining hands-on experience with our production frontend stack. Your work will directly impact the usability and efficiency of our platform, ensuring our global partners have a seamless experience when managing their Webex services.
Key Responsibilities




Assist in the development and maintenance of frontend features, focusing on UI implementation and component development.
Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs.
Participate in team design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities to ensure high-quality, accessible code.
Help monitor frontend performance and assist in resolving UI-related technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate your learning and development tasks.
Collaborate with team members to support the full software development lifecycle.
Maintain a commitment to continuous learning, code quality, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
1–3 years of skilled software engineering experience
