What You Will Do:
Lead and develop a 12+ member Intercompany accounting team delivering end‑to‑end RTR IC activities.
Oversee end‑to‑end Intercompany operations, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs, staffing, capacity, financial, and operational targets.
Drive clearance of aged and open Intercompany items while maintaining high‑quality reconciliations and SOX compliance.
Ensure strong governance over reconciliation quality, controls, and documentation standards.
Provide hands‑on guidance and support to help team members achieve performance and delivery goals.
Demonstrate strong end‑to‑end understanding of Intercompany processes and accounting flows such as CIT, GIT, Markup.
Maintain effective stakeholder management to resolve issues and ensure business alignment.
