We are seeking a Program Manager/Scrum Master to lead and mentor agile teams, ensuring the effective adoption of Scrum practices. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, and Stakeholders to enhance team collaboration, drive delivery excellence,



and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Your focus will be on coaching teams, optimizing agile processes, and enabling high quality product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum Practices: Lead daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
· Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
· Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies.
· Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
· Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
· Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
