What You'll Do
This Is Not a Typical Internship
You will not be making slides in the corner or shadowing someone else's work. You will own real deliverables, work with real financial data,



and produce analysis that helps BCG X Finance make informed decisions on revenue performance, business outlook, and financial strategy. This is a 1-year internship designed for someone who is hungry to learn, sharp enough to ask the right questions, and serious about building a career in finance.
What You Will Do
Analyze revenue and cost performance across global BCG X business units — understanding how a fast-growing tech and consulting business tracks, manages, and governs its financials across geographies
Support end-to-end week-close and month-close activities — experiencing firsthand how a global finance team ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting
Ensure revenue and costs are recorded accurately and on time — working closely with the finance team to maintain the integrity of financial books across multiple offices and business units
Build intelligent dashboards
