Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

You will be responsible for managing change requests and ensuring that all updates are well documented to facilitate efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration plays a key role in your routine, as you work closely with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions,

- Strong knowledge of email system architecture and administration.
- Experience in incident management and problem resolution within enterprise environments.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change and update technical documentation.
- Familiarity with vendor collaboration and service management processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues to ensure operational stability.
