ROLE PURPOSE
Build and manage the North India IT asset disposition business by acquiring corporate accounts, coordinating compliant collections and ensuring robust commercial and operational execution. The role is accountable for pipeline, revenue, collection volume, client retention, data-security controls and chain-of-custody performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & EXPECTED OUTCOMES
• Identify and acquire enterprise, data-centre, institutional and channel accounts generating retired laptops, desktops, servers, networking and other IT assets.
• Build account plans, proposals, tenders and commercial models covering purchase, revenue share, service fees, logistics, data destruction and remarketing.
• Coordinate asset audits, valuation, collection, packaging, reverse logistics, chain of custody, data destruction and client reporting.
• Ensure operational compliance with applicable e-waste, data-security, documentation and authorised downstream-processing requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, forecast revenue,
expected volume, collection schedules and client actions.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and technical teams to resolve valuation, reconciliation, payment, service and reporting issues.
• Develop regional partnerships and recurring contracts while protecting margin, client trust and company reputation.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in ITAD, e-waste, used IT assets, enterprise IT lifecycle services or a closely related sector.
• Demonstrated B2B account acquisition and an active network across Delhi NCR or North India.
• Working knowledge of IT asset categories, valuation, data destruction, reverse logistics and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Ability to quantify previous accounts, revenue, collection volume and client retention.
• Strong commercial communication, CRM discipline and willingness to travel extensively.
