Mitra Learn Pvt Ltd is a fast-scaling edtech innovator building next-gen AI-powered learning platforms for students and professionals across India. We’re reimagining how knowledge is personalized, delivered, and retained — combining adaptive learning, gamification, and real-time analytics to drive measurable outcomes. Our product team ships features that impact millions, with a focus on user-centric design, rapid iteration, and data-informed decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap for core learning modules, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate user feedback and market insights into MVPs and feature specs.
Own end-to-end feature lifecycle — from ideation and prioritization to launch, measurement, and iteration — using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Analyze user behavior, A/B test results, and KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion)



to drive product improvements and growth.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure product positioning aligns with customer value and market demand.
Represent the voice of the customer internally; champion user experience and accessibility across the platform.
