Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Executive – Human Resources with 1–2 years of HR experience to support the Human Resources function within the University. The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition (60%) while also supporting HR Operations (40%). The incumbent will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure timely recruitment, smooth onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR administration,



and compliance with organizational policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and professional services positions.
Draft and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals, LinkedIn, university website, and other sourcing channels.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and skilled networks.
Screen resumes and prepare candidate shortlists.
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, and reference checks.
Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding activities.
Generate recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
Support employer branding initiatives and recrui
