Role Overview
We are looking for a consultative, customer-focused Reactivation Sales Specialist who can reconnect with customers who have previously experienced and paid for MyYogaTeacher but are currently inactive.
This is not a traditional cold-calling or script-based tele-sales role.
You will work with an existing customer base, understand why customers stopped, uncover their current health and wellness goals, identify the real barriers preventing them from continuing, and recommend the right solution based on their needs.
You will own the customer journey from the first reactivation conversation through solution recommendation, objection handling, payment closure, and successful restart.




This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding people, solving customer problems, and taking direct ownership of conversion and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Reactivation & Relationship Building
Reconnect with previously paying customers who no longer have an active membership
Understand each customer's previous experience with MyYogaTeacher and their current situation
Build rapport and create meaningful conversations rather than immediately pitching a membership
Identify genuine opportunities to help customers restart their wellness journey
Maintain a respectful, personalized, and solution-oriented customer experience throughout the conversation
Consultative Discovery & Solution Selling
Ask effective questions to understand customer goals, health and wellness needs, lifestyle, expectations, and current priorities
Diagnose the underlying reason for inactivity, including time, motivation, sche
