As we scale, our sales and business operations team plays a critical role in driving growth, managing the pipeline, and ensuring a smooth client journey.
This internship is designed for graduates who want hands-on exposure to real business operations and sales fundamentals, not just theory.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Sales & Business Operations Intern to support our front-line sales function. This is a calling-intensive, business-facing role where you will work directly with leads, support pre-sales activities, and help manage day-to-day sales operations.
If you are a BBA graduate who wants to understand how sales funnels, client qualification, and revenue operations work in a real startup environment,



this role offers strong learning and career growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients and leads
Handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and ensure timely follow-ups
Schedule appointments and demos for the sales/design team
Build initial client rapport and understand customer requirements
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up communications
Maintain accurate CRM updates, lead databases, and daily/weekly trackers
Support sales operations and pipeline management
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales efforts

ELIGIBILITY:
Graduates only (mandatory)
BBA preferred (strongly)
BA graduates with good business understanding may apply
Engineering graduates are not preferred (Civil may be considered)
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Fluency in Telugu and English (mandatory)
