Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager – HVAC role based in Dwarka. The Sales Manager will lead HVAC sales activities, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities across target markets. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding project requirements, preparing and presenting proposals,



and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate system design and timely delivery. The role involves tracking sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in business development initiatives, and provide feedback to help refine product and service offerings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in HVAC sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in electro-mechanical or building services industries.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and related solutions, with the ability to interpret designs, specifications, and project requirements.
Proficiency in consultative selling, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation, with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
