This role combines solid hands on expertise with technical leadership, responsible for guiding project teams, ensuring solution quality, and enabling connected factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Solution DeliveryLead end to end delivery of Rockwell Automation–based automation and MES projects.Own solution design, technical decisions, and implementation approach for PLC/SCADA/MES systems.Provide technical guidance to engineers and senior engineers across project lifecycles.Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.Rockwell Automation DevelopmentDesign and implement solutions using Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix,



CompactLogix).Work extensively with Studio 5000 for PLC programming and configuration.Configure and customize FactoryTalk View (SE/ME), alarms, and visualization layers.Implement data acquisition and historian solutions using FactoryTalk Historian or equivalent.MES & Industrial IntegrationIntegrate Rockwell automation systems with MES, ERP, and enterprise applications.Implement communication using EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, and industrial protocols.Support MES functionalities such as production tracking, downtime, quality, and performance monitoring.Collaborate with IT, OT, and IoT teams to enable shop floor to cloud connectivity.Quality, Commissioning & SupportLead system testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and go live activities.Troubleshoot complex automation, communication, and performance issues.Ensure adherence to coding standards, validation guidelines, and documentation practices.Suppor
