About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused and energetic Sales Associates to join Lenskart's retail stores. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their requirements.
Drive store sales and achieve individual and store-level targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Support billing, stock management, and store operations.
Maintain proper product display and store hygiene.
Assist with basic eye-testing processes after completing the required training.
Follow Lenskart's sales processes, SOPs, and customer service standards.
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, customer service, telecom,



fashion, lifestyle, consumer durables, or similar customer-facing roles are preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Mandatory 22-Day Training
Selected candidates will undergo 22 days of functional training at Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service, eye testing, and store operations.
Salary starts from Day 1 of training.
Candidates need to arrange their own accommodation/PG during training.

Compensation

For Freshers:
CTC: 20,000/month
Approx. In-hand: 16,000/month
Monthly incentives: 3,000–6,000

For Experienced Candidates:
CTC: 21,500/month
Approx. In-hand: 17,500/month
Monthly incentives: 3,000–6,000
