Designation - Dy. Manager Internal Audit & Costing (Finance Controller)
Objective of the Position

To manage and strengthen costing, project finance, accounting, and financial control functions by ensuring accurate cost management, cash flow planning, financial reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliance. The role will support cost optimization, profitability improvement, effective project financial management, and informed business decision-making through robust financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) or MBA Finance
Experience - 3 to 8 years
Functional / Core Competencies
Positive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and practices.
Understanding of accounting principles and standards applicable to Accounts Payable.
Basic working knowledge of the SAP Accounts Payable (AP) module.
Basic knowledge of Income Tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Basic knowledge of GST regulations and compliance requirements.




Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

Manage end-to-end product costing, standard costing, project costing, and cost accounting activities.
Prepare and maintain cost sheets, standard costs, budgets, forecasts, and cost-related MIS reports.
Perform cost variance analysis, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Drive cost optimization and cost-control initiatives, identify cost drivers, and recommend corrective measures for improving operational and financial performance.
