Job Summary

Palni is looking for an Operations & Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and facility activities. The role will coordinate with employees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workplace operations and timely completion of assigned activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support day-to-day office operations and facility activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendors, and building management for routine requirements.
Handle employee requests related to office facilities and workplace requirements.
Conduct regular office checks and report maintenance, cleanliness, and facility-related issues.
Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work and issue resolution.
Support office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and inventory management.
Assist with procurement activities, quotations, deliveries, and invoice documentation.




Maintain operational records, checklists, trackers, vendor details, and inventory records.
Support office events, meetings, employee activities, visitor arrangements, and administrative requirements.
Assist with office setup, seating changes, relocation, and other workplace activities.
Support safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards.
Escalate issues to the Senior Operations Executive/Manager and follow up until closure.
Support the team in improving office processes and employee workplace experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
12 years of experience in Operations, Facilities, Administration, or Office Management. Freshers can apply.
Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
