We are looking for an Data Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare data programs for US healthcare clients. This role combines delivery ownership, client engagement, and team leadership within a rapid-paced technology services workplace.
Responsibilities
Own delivery of large-scale healthcare data and analytics engagements
Lead multi-team delivery across data engineering, analytics, and cloud platforms
Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders
Drive delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance
Mentor and scale high-performing data teams
Requirements
12+ years in data engineering / analytics, with 4+ years in delivery leadership
Strong healthcare domain experience (payer and/or provider data)
Hands-on exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT,
and contemporary data architectures
Solid understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data compliance
Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, X12)
Experience with regulatory or quality data (HEDIS, Stars, risk adjustment)
Prior experience working with US healthcare clients
