About the Role

Agrinext Consultancy is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Handle joining, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and databases.
Coordinate employee engagement and internal HR activities.
Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.




Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Support performance evaluation and employee review processes.
Coordinate with colleges, placement officers, and recruitment sources when required.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly communicated and followed.
Assist management with general HR and administrative activities.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and people-management skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
