Job Overview

We are Urgently looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive & Manager to join . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building robust customer relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.




Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order execution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
0–8 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/sales tools.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
