We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom transformation and technology projects from initiation and funding approval through execution, deployment, go-live and stabilization.

? Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
Define project scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria
Manage planning, estimation, funding approvals and execution
Drive governance, steering committee meetings and decision-making
Manage project schedules, resources, budgets and financial performance
Track project health, dependencies, milestones and critical path
Own RAID management and ensure timely resolution of risks/issues
Manage scope changes through formal change control
Coordinate internal teams, vendors and third-party partners
Ensure testing, quality and business acceptance before sign-off
Provide executive-level reporting and project dashboards
Lead go-live, hypercare and transition to operations
Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives
? Positive to Have
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Master certification
Telecom experience across OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management or Provisioning
Large-scale system integration or application modernization experience
Release management and deployment governance experience
