Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Systems Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-onInfrastructure Systems Engineer to manage, optimize, and evolve our globalenterprise IT infrastructure. This role involves day-to-day operations,incident response, infrastructure design architecture, and continuousimprovement with a solid focus on automation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skillsacross Windows and Linux platforms, VMwarevirtualization, enterprise storage, networking, across both on premand public cloud settings. In addition to supporting and enhancing thecurrent setting, the candidate will be responsible for designing andimplementing future-ready solutions and engaging with business and ITstakeholders to meet evolving needs.

Experience Level: Senior (15+ years)

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Infrastructure Operations
Manage key areas of day-to-day operations across a hybrid infrastructure stack including Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, networking, and cloud.
Troubleshoot complex issues,



perform root cause analysis, and ensure high availability and performance of systems.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between infrastructure teams, development teams, and operations.
Tackle complex tactical issues related to system performance, reliability, and integration across infrastructure layers.
Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related incidents, working closely with teams to address root causes and implement long-term fixes.
Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure performance and resolve operational challenges quickly to minimize downtime and impact.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical team members by sharing best practices, architectural patterns, and knowledge from past projects.
Monitor infrastructure metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements based on operational data.
