Roles and Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and regulations, including RBI requirements.
Conduct regular compliance testing and reporting to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on compliance performance metrics.
Implement corrective actions to address non-compliances identified during testing and reporting.

Job Requirements :
Robust understanding of Regulatory Guidelines (RBI) and ability to interpret them effectively.
Experience in Compliance Reporting, Compliance Testing, and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
Ability to develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
