Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer - HPS Global Operations

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will help power the next generation of healthcare technology by building, automating, securing, and optimizing cloud-based platforms. In this role, you will work with contemporary cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, observability platforms, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across global healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS environments to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable platforms.
Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments across Health Information Systems (HIS) environments.
Automate operational processes using scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and policy-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, logging,



and observability solutions to strengthen platform reliability and proactive issue detection.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, integration, API, backup, and connectivity issues across cloud and enterprise platforms.
Implement security best practices, patching, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and compliance-focused operational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations, security, and business teams to deliver reliable and secure services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher and three (3+) years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar infrastructure operations or DevOps role
OR High School Diploma/GED and five (5+) years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer or in a similar infrastructure operations or DevOps role
Three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms, operational tooling, or cloud servi
