Senior Network Engineer
Provide L3/L4 technical support for complex network and security incidents.
Serve as the escalation point for network outages,
performance degradation, and critical business-impacting issues.
Own incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
Participate in 24x7 support and major incident response processes as required.
Collaborate with NOC teams to improve monitoring, alerting, and operational efficiency.
