Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

Handling guest queries, requests and concerns professionally
Supporting smooth day-to-day hotel operations
Coordinating effectively with other departments
Maintaining skilled standards of service and presentation
Following hotel policies, procedures and service standards
Contributing to a positive and welcoming guest experience
Candidate Requirements:-
Prior experience in the hospitality/hotel industry will be preferred
Freshers may be considered for suitable GSA-level positions
Solid communication and guest-handling skills
Professional attitude with a strong focus on service excellence
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace
Candidates comfortable communicating in the local/native language will be preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference
