Roles and Responsibilities:
Establish and run QA CoE operating models, standards, and governance frameworks across programs.
Drive governance cadence, reporting, and stakeholder visibility; manage risks, dependencies, and timely escalations.
Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers and analysts; foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Own data validation practices and ensure quality benchmarks are met through repeatable QA processes.
Promote adoption of AI-driven solutions within QA workflows to improve testing efficiency and quality.

Skills Required:
7 - 11 years of relevant experience in QA engineering and test automation, including data validation.




Python and QA automation/scripting with robust test engineering fundamentals.
Pytest for building and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks.
Data validation experience, including validation approaches for structured data.
RESTful API testing using Python-based scripts and/or common API testing tools; solid SQL for DB validation.

Positive to Have:
SQL and relational database experience, including writing/debugging stored procedures.
Automation and automated testing experience with modular, scalable test frameworks.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
